A little bit more about myself: I am kind, loving, caring, and strong-willed. I do not like to make my own coffee when Slade is around, as no coffee compares to his. I recently started modeling and enjoy it a lot. I love to explore new places and make memories with loved ones.I cannot easily make decisions; however, marrying Slade is by far the best and clearest decision I have ever made.

Who am I? I am someone who is responsible, though sometimes irresponsible. I am loyal, honest, and trustworthy. I can be loving, caring, and sometimes irritable, as some might say. I am still growing into the best version of myself. I usually find myself in the gym or in my car. I still have many dreams to accomplish, but getting married to this beautiful woman is by far my greatest accomplishment.

Our love story

First date

After a week of back-and-forth messaging, Slade and Camilla decided to meet up in person. Behind the scenes Geneveve (Camilla's best friend) and Slade plotted a plan on how Slade would ask Camilla to be his girlfriend. First destination was Carnival City for some Lazer Tag and go carts. Second destination, Camilla's house for movies. With no fault of Slade trying to hold Camilla's hand, which she wanted nothing of. Camilla eventually caved in and held Slade's hand.

With the first “YES” the date was a success and officially on October 15, 2016, they started dating.

Engagement

Slade planned the engagement 2 weeks ahead of time, places booked, and all arrangement were finalized. Unfortunately, life happened, and Slade got into an accident the day before he had to pop the big question, fortunately Slade had no injuries. Luckily Slade had a plan B as this was something important to him. He then asked Camilla the following day to marry him. With excitement Camilla said yes!

With the second “YES” the engagement was a success and officially on November 28, 2021, they were engaged.

Now only the last step lies in front of them, the big “I DO” on November 7,2024.

Wedding events

Nestled in the secluded Kromdraai valley, built on a 50 hectare estate, lies our beautiful and exclusive Venue in South Africa's well known world heritage sites. The river meanders under big old trees and majestic cliffs that form the backdrop of our beautifully landscaped gardens.
